Prashil Patil

I am a 4th-year undergraduate exchange student at DTU, Lyngby from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. I am a dual degree student with Btech in electrical and Mtech in machine learning and data science. I have a strong background in Machine Learning and programming in C++/Python. I have already worked in an AI startup before on video spoof detection. I am looking for a job in Copenhagen for 4-5 months.

I have worked in an AI-based startup called EpiFi for 3 months. My work was as follows:

1. Performed a literature review on the various video spoof attacks and various methods to tackle them
2. Researched and implemented the Remote Photoplethysmography (rPPG) method for extracting the
   rPPG signal from the videos in the CASIA-Face Anti Spoofing Database (C-FASD)
3. Analyzed the power spectral density graphs of the rPPG signal to classify the spoof and the real videos
4. Implemented an edge detection model and devised smart heuristics to detect print and replay attacks
