    Join Nilfisk as Head of Fleet Connectivity & Interoperability in the Digital Business unit and take lead on the connectivity and data strategy for Nilfisk products

    In this newly created role, you will develop and lead a comprehensive strategy for Nilfisk's Fleet Connectivity & Interoperability that aligns with the company's overall goals to secure a future-proof solution framework. You will own our entire fleet connectivity landscape, including IoT devices, network connectivity solutions, and data interoperability platforms.

    Your responsibilities involve identifying which fleet assets should be IoT-enabled, setting selection standards based on strategic business goals and operational effectiveness, and consistently reviewing our current installations to optimize operations and drive improvements across the entire connectivity chain. In doing so, you'll spearhead initiatives that enhance customer experiences, foster innovation, and contribute to Nilfisk's growth.

    You will lead your own team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both in developing the strategy and in bringing it to life, ensuring you have the resources and collaboration needed to succeed.

    Your responsibilities include

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy for Nilfisk's fleet connectivity and interoperability, focusing on future-proofing our technology landscape. Ensure the strategy encompasses IoT device integration, network connectivity, and data interoperability to meet both current and future needs.
  • Implement a robust framework for regularly monitoring and reporting on the performance of fleet connectivity solutions, driving data-driven decisions and improvements by use of relevant KPI's such as Machines connected vs potential, Machines communicating in last x period, Customer satisfaction scores, to align with Nilfisk's strategic goals.
  • Strengthen stakeholder engagement with a clear emphasis on integrating customer feedback into development processes, ensuring solutions are customer-centric and market-aligned
  • Drive innovation, integrating emerging technologies and best practices to enhance the fleet connectivity and interoperability solutions.
  • Establish a change management strategy to navigate the team through technological upgrades and strategic shifts, maintaining operational continuity and team morale.Your new team You will be based in the Copenhagen Office or Hadsund office in Denmark, or in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, and you will report to the Director of Digital Business, Niklas Forsberg that is based in the CPH office. The team consists of Product Owners, Product Manager, Data Specialists, UX Designers and Scrum Master. The Digital Business Team is placed in the Global Product Management department that includes 40 colleagues around the world.     We value the experience you bring To succeed in the position, we imagine that you have in-depth understanding of IoT technologies and of interoperability concepts, including sensors, devices, communication protocols, integration technologies, and data exchange protocols. We furthermore imagine that you have experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex programs, involving multiple stakeholders and technology integration points, as this will be key in this position.
