Kristina Wendelboe Olsen

As Regional Quality Manager at TFP Denmark, I am responsible for TFP's thører Danish fertility clinics, ensuring that all of the staff is familiar with the clinic's procedures and policies, and that they comply with relevant legislation, such as the Tissue Act and the Personal Data Act. I am also responsible for analysing and evaluating work processes and trends to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction. Moreover, I was the EU Tissue Directive Responsible Person at TFP Ciconia Fertility from May-July 2023.  

Main responsibilities: Quality management, quality development, risk management, patient safety, data protection, GDPR; patient satisfaction, establishing and maintaining the quality management system, sounding board for team leaders with ethical, legal and quality related challenges.
