Om Jens Ulrik Knudsen:

My vocation in life is centred on helping others, especially individuals with physical or mental illnesses. I combine that with a winning mind-set, and always strive to create the right foundation for success and progress to be made. My professional ambition is to develop the right foundation for success to be achieved in the organizations that I work with. I believe sustained success is a product of a clear vision and values and focus on striving towards a healthy balance of the mind and body throughout all aspects of work and life. 

My many years, traveling to and living in most areas of the world, has taught me that human resilience is amazing, and that with the right guidance, everyone can achieve their goals and play an integral part of any organization. 

I lead by example and take pride in what I do. I am a team player that constantly strive to create results and lead & inspire through integrity, clear communication and empathy.

Erfaring

+10 years of traveling globally and heading up finance functions in North America, South America, Europe. Have worked in both start-up/ scale-up as well as Global organizations; and within both product and service businesses. Have implemented controls and procedures, systems and processes within most areas of Finance. 
All experiences with a very commercial focus on how to drive the business and ensure Finance acts and supports in the right way for the goals of the business to be achieved.
