Before the Corona I used to work for Centara Hotels & Resorts for 7 years, in several properties in Thailand & Doha.
I have 30 years of Hotel Management experience in four, five & seven-star hotels, located in
Copenhagen, London, Dubai, Doha & Thailand.
I have managed small and large-scale owned and managed properties from 36 to 555 keys, done several 5-star hotel Pre-openings and with that worked on several building projects, liaising with construction and interior design companies to ensure the flawless completion of the buildings, as well as managed the team hiring, OSE purchasing, full F&B set up including opening a Michelin Star Chef restaurant, soft and grand openings.
I have also worked on several tech start-ups on online market platforms.
Erfaring
I have 30 years’ Hotel Management experience in four, five & seven star hotels, located in
Copenhagen - Denmark, London - England, Dubai - U.A.E, Doha - Qatar & several locations in Thailand.
I have worked for The Lanesborough at that time a St. Regis hotel in London, the
7-star Burj Al Arab part of Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts in Dubai and the d’Angleterre in Copenhagen, and several five star properties in Thailand and Doha.
I have a Rooms background but also wide F&B experience - Ideas of how to improve hotels concepts, services and guest experiences with the aim to improve guests experiences and financial results, is always on my mind.
I have done several Hotel Pre-Openings, Soft & Grand Openings and operated both owned and managed properties including working closely with owners, design companies & contractors.
I have operated both small properties as well as large scale, the largest being the Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort in Thailand with 555 rooms, 5 restaurants, waterpark, exclusive Spa , Tennis courts and banquet facilities with the largest event space capable of seating over 1000 people.
As a result of the Corona virus, the majority of the hotels in the company I worked for was closed down, and I have since worked on two start-ups (online platforms), part-time sales positions and as GM for a Hotel in Denmark.
I enjoy trying out new ideas, gaining new competencies and are always up for new challenges.
As a leader I always work with a ‘We are One’ philosophy as I believe every single team members efforts is essential for the success of any company.
I take pride in being the best and achieving the best results in everything, always aiming for the highest possible success for my teams, management and owners.
