  • Spearheaded department’s research administrative procedures by meeting with each study group’s Project Managers – improved operational lead times from 1-3 months down to 2-4 weeks.
  • Acting Education Program Manager from September 2020 – January 2021 for interns, residents, and fellows.
  • Created detailed manuals, 5 interactive training videos, and a manual Excel Supplier Relationship Management of all Research Administrative duties in the department prior to my departure on September 24, 2021

 

Stayed per diem from October 2021 to the end of December 2021 to continue support for the Research Administrator, the Vice Chair of Research, Education, Faculty Academic Affairs, and the entire Research Team while transitioning and training my duties to my successors.
