    Key Responsibilities

    • Adjust and optimise the processes for 2nd and 3rd level support in the DevOps team around the POMS system.
    • Participate in the support activities of the POMS system including ticket handling in ServiceNow (incident, problem, change).
    • Support of equipment – Scanners, tablets, Label Printers, SOTI
    • Checking databases (SOTI, CS POMS) and integrations e.g., during trouble shooting and root cause analysis
    • Participate in project activities – e.g. analysis and verification of new releases of the system.
    • Close contact with superusers and end-users as well as vendors/suppliers Which competencies to bring? We are in search of a collaborative team member who thrives in dynamic environments and can navigate cross-functional landscapes.
    The ideal candidate will likely align with the following qualifications:


    • 3+ years of experience within support of IT applications
    • In-depth knowledge of computer systems and databases
    • Regular experience with communication and presentations
    • Experience with collaboration across professional and regional borders
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related fields or similar
