    Dit ansvar kan løbende udvides og der er mulighed for at præge dine arbejdsopgaver, så du får størst glæde i jobbet. Som studentermedhjælper får du mulighed for at få indblik i rekrutteringsprocessens mange aspekter. Din primære arbejdsopgave vil blive at rekruttere forskellige konsulenter og rådgivere indenfor IT-branchen i samarbejde med forskellige ansatte i teamet. Dine typiske arbejdsopgaver består af:

    • Research og udvælgelse af de rette kandidater
    • Screening
    • Udformning af stillingsopslag
    • Være en del af interviews af mulige kandidater

    Vi forventer ikke, at du har tidligere erfaring og viden indenfor området. Det vigtigste for os er, at du har ja-hatten på og har lyst til at udvikle dig i feltet. Så skal vi nok hjælpe dig med oplæring og løbende støtte og samarbejde med kollegaer.

    Du ansættes på timebasis, hvor forventet arbejdstid er 10-15 timer om ugen. Din uddannelse er dog selvfølgelig første prioritet, hvorfor vi er fleksible i eksamensperioderne.
