    Making animals' lives better makes life better – join our team today Functions, Duties, Tasks HR Generalist/Employee Relations Proactively support employee and supervisor activities, events and decisions to identify important trends/gaps and develop and deliver interventions.

    Support leaders through the planning and execution of People initiatives, including:
    * performance management * accessing and understanding Voice of the Employee survey results
    • Year-End Compensation and in-line promotions, and other compensation analysis based on business needs.
    • Conducting talent management sessions
    • Facilitating educational or informational sessions for leaders and employees. employee development and retention local organizational issues application of Elanco policies and procedures discipline process Support staffing and partner with ESC for recruiting activities.     Payroll Carry out the administration in support of payroll, including:

    communication and data exchange with Payroll team; ensuring correct calculations are made for taxation, benefit choices and other pay-related aspects; communicating new-starters, leavers, promotions and other job-moves.

    If needed support engagement with the external payroll provider, ensuring:
    processes are followed and supervisors and employees experience frictionless payroll.

    Support the HR Director BeNeNoSASSA in their partnership with the Finance function in Elanco, providing data and reports to ensure appropriate accounting, accruals and planning of people-related costs.

    Ensures employee benefit choices with a compensation impact are administered appropriately between the benefit, human capital management and payroll systems.

    Benefits administration for BeNeNo Manages administration of employees benefits in Nordics. In partnership with local HRBP, support selected benefits administration in Benelux, such as car management, insurance and pension.

    In partnership with local HRBP, continue exploring synergies, areas of efficiencies and opportunities for automatization in BeNeNo to expand support to Benelux.

    Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications): * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field * At least 4-5 years of previous experience in HR in medium sized companies​​ * Nordics HR expertise * Experience in delivering Payroll and administration of Benefits programs * Workday experience is an advantage as well as Benelux markets experience
