    Har du erfaring med byggeriets faser fra indledende planlægning til aflevering? Og har du erfaring med prissætning og økonomiske vurderinger af bygge- og anlægsprojekter? Så er det måske dig, vi søger til vores Cost Management afdeling.

    Artelia's Cost Management afdeling udgør et imponerende hold af medarbejdere, som formår at skabe den perfekte balance mellem ønsker og økonomi - og dermed skaber stor værdi for projekterne. Vores Cost Management afdeling er i en spændende udvikling, og vi søger nu ekstra hænder til at håndtere økonomiopgaver, udvikle ydelsen og fastholde vores position som førende på markedet. Derfor er vi endnu engang på udkig efter nye medlemmer til vores dynamiske afdeling. Vi søger både mindre og mere erfarne kandidater.

    Kendskab til cost management og prissætning af anlægsøkonomi er en nødvendighed. Det betyder blandt andet, at du er i stand til at arbejde struktureret, grundigt, og at du er i stand til at kunne forstå et byggeri i sin helhed. Vi forventer, at du er klar på at blive udfordret med forskellige opgaver og har lyst til at udvikle dig.

    Du kan se frem til at blive en del af et fagligt stærkt ingeniørhus, hvor du har optimale muligheder for at søge faglig sparring og få tekniske input fra et meget bredt felt af specialister.

    Hos Artelia er Cost Management et forretningsområde i vækst. Afdelingen er vokset meget de seneste år, og det er en udvikling, der fortsætter. Projekterne spænder fra laboratorier og renrum til boliger, højhuse i træ og dyreanlæg i Zoologisk Have. Kort sagt, alle typer byggeprojekter. Vi arbejder i alle byggeriets faser – fra de tidlige økonomiske vurderinger i idefasen til kravhåndtering og byggeregnskaber under udførelsen mv.

    Cost Management-afdelingen hører til divisionen Rådgivning & Udland på hovedkontoret i København. Du vil derfor få din daglige gang i et nyt og moderne domicil. Domicilet ligger lige ved Buddinge Station med gode muligheder for offentlig transport og tæt på ringvejen.

    Din profil

    • Du er konstruktør, ingeniør, arkitekt eller tilsvarende med kendskab til byggeriet
    • Du arbejder struktureret og systematisk
    • Du kender byggeriets faser, fra indledende planlægning til aflevering
    • Du har kendskab til prissætning og mængdeudtag fra 3D modeller
    • Der ses positivt på erfaring med økonomistyring fra udførelse, herunder ændrings- og kravhåndtering.
