We're here to better our world with biology Join us as our new Associate Manager We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Manager to join our Spray plant at site Fuglebakken in Copenhagen In this role you will lead a team of approximately 10 employees consisting of highly skilled operators and technicians Your team is responsible for the spray drying of a wide range of food grade enzymes
As Associate Manager your responsibilities will include driving employee development implementing systematic problem-solving approaches optimizing processes and ensuring smooth efficient production operations While our production operates 247 this position is a daytime role You will work closely with the other Associate Managers in the department collaborate with managers technicians operators chemists across the site to ensure seamless coordination performance Welcome to Fuglebakken Copenhagen part of Regional Enzyme Manufacturing Europe
Fuglebakken consists of three production departments Spray Recovery Fermentation On site there is also dedicated maintenance department logistics planning At Fuglebakken wide range food grade enzymes produced variety industries All production performed accordance GMP Site known relatively small size informal tone however highly competent professionals The objective e education research innovation economic growth social responsibility sustainability
