Job summary
We are looking for a Manager, Change & Release – SAP ERP to join Pandora's Digital & Technology organization in Copenhagen.The candidate will own the end-to-end governance of SAP change and release processes, ensuring that changes are assessed, approved, and deployed with minimal risk and maximum transparency. This role combines ITIL expertise, SAP transport process knowledge, and strong stakeholder engagement to elevate process maturity in a fast-paced global environment.
- Design and implement SAP Change Management processes aligned to ITIL best practice.
- Chair CAB and ECAB meetings, driving robust decision-making.
