    We provide quality services to stakeholders in procurement, project development, execution and operations to ensure that quality risks are managed.

    As a Global Quality Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and improving our quality management processes, procedures and tools to ensure a harmonised and scalable quality management approach, with a particular focus on advanced product quality planning.

    Your future plans:


    • Be the focal point for our quality management framework, including related processes and templates, to ensure a harmonised and scalable quality management approach.

    • Further define, implement and continuously improve the development of our risk-based approach methodology for all aspects of quality.

    • Significantly influence the definition of quality objectives and KPIs.

    • Developing and maintaining a centralised quality data management system, i.e. assessing and evaluating risk assessments of components and failure rates.

    • Develop a strategy to integrate quality into design gates and concepts.

    • Responsible for the design and implementation of quality awareness campaigns

    • Significant involvement in the design of the strategy for the implementation of APQP4Wind across all packages and product categories,

    • Responsible for internal implementation of APQP4Wind, including training and strategy workshops

    Your profile:


    • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related field) and additional qualification as a Quality Auditor, Quality Manager or similar.

    • At least 8 years of relevant work experience and expertise in quality assurance, monitoring and management as well as extensive knowledge of offshore wind farm components.

    • Qualification as APQP4Wind Specialist and Lead Auditor is mandatory

    • Extensive knowledge in the application of relevant international project and quality management standards, APQP4Wind as well as technical regulations and standards such as BSH, DNV, EN1090 etc.

    • Practical experience in the construction and/or manufacturing industry

    • Proven experience and ability to build, develop and motivate professional quality teams, working comfortably in cross-cultural teams, working across national boundaries with a sense of diversity and inclusion.

    • Business fluency in spoken and written English

    • Willingness to travel
