    Joining our Global Commercial Enablement & Impact (GCEI) team, you will be part of a dedicated team enabling our frontline colleagues to succeed in their day-to-day activities with our customers and partners. GCEI is a key part of the Global Commercial Excellence team, where our focus is to support our regions and markets and ensure we drive development of our frontline colleagues to meet the changing demands from customers and market environment.

    In this role you will work with colleagues in Global Commercial Excellence and across functions, to define and implement the Sales Excellence agenda for our Installer partners and our end-user customers. You will play a pivotal part in defining how we interact with our Installers and homeowners and work globally to lead change, drive best practice and ensure efficient knowledge sharing in close collaboration with key stakeholders in regions and markets.

    You will have key touchpoints in our regions, markets and in Global Consumer Services, ensuring local adoption of tools, methodologies, processes and procedures. In addition, you will play an important part in ensuring we take a holistic view on having the right sales enablement, performance and CRM tools and processes in place to deliver an effective and efficient selling process.

    We are looking for a commercially oriented individual who can help set our Commercial Excellence direction, ahead of the curve when it comes to sales models and enablement and is passionate about empowering our great colleagues in the front line.

    In addition, your primary tasks include:

    ·Define long term channel strategy on how frontline will interact with installers and homeowners to drive commercial impact

    ·Identify capabilities needed to drive commercial impact and levers for frontline to achieve capabilities

    ·Develop and roll out the installer segmentation to remaining markets in close collaboration with Sales Excellence Managers and stakeholders in the markets

    ·Drive the direction of installer interaction based on the developed segmentation model to increase frontline efficiency.

    ·Help our frontline people to reach the next level, to meet the needs of our customers in the best possible way

    ·Drive installer performance management dashboard in close alignment with regions and collaborating with the Data & Analytics team

    ·Point of contact for Global Consumer Services and ensure continuous updates of frontline competencies, tools and assets

    ·Act as project manager for global installer initiatives

    ·Listen and understand to market specific needs and develop a toolbox which equips and empowers our front line sales in the best way

    ·Act as subject matter expert for Installer & B2C community, identify best practices and drive knowledge sharing

    ·Build close relationships with installer sales managers in key markets

    ·Align on training details and practicalities with markets

    ·Track impact of trainings and identify continuous improvement actions

    ·Empower VELUX and our sales employees to be the preferred partner for our customers

    Your qualifications

    To succeed in this position, the right candidate enjoys working in a matrix organization, has solid change management and strategical thinking skills, ability to implement plans in a complex organization structure and motivate people to work with a common agenda. Moreover, the person has solid experience with the customer group Installers specifically in a B2B environment. Good communication and presentation skills is a key lever to succeed in this role.

    Success criteria for this position is that we have a clear and aligned sales excellence strategy, CRM processes and one that matches market needs.

    Furthermore, you have/are:

    ·Background as Key Account Manager or Sales Manager within the Installer space and/or proven work experience from a Sales Excellence role and/or experience from a Management Consulting role

    ·Organizationally savvy with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence on all levels

    ·Experienced in working closely with commercial teams across markets with a good understanding of different sales models

    ·Problem solving skills and strong commercial understanding including the ability to identify commercial needs and translate them into solutions

    ·Willing to travel around 20-30 days per year
