    Rollen

    Som Customer Success Manager (CSM) vil du være en betroet rådgiver og problemløser for vores kunder. Fra onboarding til daglig support sikrer du, at restauranter får maksimal værdi fra

    Fresto – driver adoption, reducerer churn og identificerer vækstmuligheder. Du samarbejder tæt med både kunder og interne teams, opbygger langvarige relationer og sætter restauranter op til succes.

    Denne rolle er ideel for en person med hospitality-erfaring, kundefokus, stærke kommunikationsevner og teknologisk nysgerrighed.

    Ansvarsområder

    • Opbygge stærke kunderelationer og være deres go-to Fresto kontakt.
    • Opsætte og konfigurere platformen for succes.
    • Lede onboarding og træning, sikre smidig adoption.
    • Overvåge kundernes "helbred", proaktivt løse risici og spotte vækstmuligheder.
    • Engagere gennem møder og supportkanaler med operationel og strategisk vejledning.
    • Fastholde og øge omsætning gennem rådgivende anbefalinger.
    • Dele indsigter med produkt-, salgs- og supportteams for at forme roadmap.
    • Udvikle skalerbare playbooks, træningsindhold og ressourcer.
    • Opretholde nøjagtige data i CRM og helpdesk.

    Hvad vi søger

    • Erfaring inden for Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS eller hospitality.
    • Dokumenteret erfaring med onboarding og udvikling af tilfredse kunder.
    • Stærke kommunikationsevner på dansk og engelsk (opkald, møder, skriftligt).
    • Organisatoriske evner til at håndtere flere konti og prioriteter.
    • Proaktiv problemløser, der trives i et hurtigt miljø.
    • Teknologisk nysgerrighed – POS, CRM, G-Suite eller helpdesk er et plus.
    • Empati, professionalisme og ægte kundefokus.
    • Fleksibilitet til at arbejde uden for normale kontortider, inklusiv weekender.
