Key Account & Order Management Coordinator

Om stillingen
Til vores domicil i Vejle søger vi en engageret Key Account & Order Management Coordinator, som bliver en central del af vores salgs- og driftssetup.
Du vil få en vigtig rolle i håndteringen af boutiques og key-accounts, hvor du sikrer et effektivt og professionelt ordreflow – fra modtagelse til levering.
Du vil have daglig dialog med vores amerikanske salgsteam og direkte kontakt med key-account kunder, og du bliver bindeled mellem kunde, lager og EDI-afdeling.
Dine primære arbejdsopgaver
- Ordrehåndtering for boutiques og key-accounts
- Håndtering af EDI-ordrer og bulk-ordrer
- Daglig dialog med det amerikanske salgsteam
- Tæt samarbejde med eksternt lager i Georgia (USA) og styring af ordreflow
- Sikre rettidig pakning og levering
- Krediteringer og returvarehåndtering, herunder reklamationsdialog og booking af afhentning
- Onboarding af nye key-accounts, herunder oprettelse i kundernes portaler og upload af dokumentation
- Upload af UPC-koder i kundernes portaler samt bestilling af prisstickers
- Bindeled mellem kunde og EDI-afdelingen i Danmark
- Udarbejdelse af leveringsrapporter (Power BI)
Vi forestiller os, at du
- Har erfaring fra en lignende stilling – gerne med international kontaktflade
- Har erfaring med EDI og key-account håndtering
- Arbejder struktureret og bevarer overblikket i en travl hverdag
- Er serviceminded og professionel i din kundedialog
- Skriver, taler og forstår engelsk
- Har erfaring med det amerikanske marked (en fordel)
IT-kompetencer
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Power BI
