Pluto.markets is one of the most promising scale-ups on the Nordic venture scene, backed by Y-combinator, leading VCs, football player Thomas Delaney and 10 local unicorn founders - building the next chapter of investing to challenge Saxo Bank/Nordnet - which requires aggressive growth across all metrics over the coming years.

We have recently raised €5m (37,5mDKK) to realise this ambition, and it all starts with this hire.

The role

As the first in-house FTE in the marketing team, you will be leading our growth effort, including managing our two agencies - driving content and performance marketing.

You will have strong tech-support and work closely with our growth advisors and founders to build a best-in-class growth engine.

Your initial focus will be on building a strong acquisition setup, attracting the right users at the right cost by understanding/test their painpoints and messaging that resonates.

Once established, you will work your way down the funnel, working closely with the rest of the product-team and evolve into a potential CMO, based on performance.

We are looking for an absolute rockstar and our ideal candidate is the following:
3–8 years experience in B2C marketing/growth, ideally mobile or fintech.
Are a private investor themselves and have a natural interest for the financial markets.
Fluent across different channels, both strategically and hands-on
Loves fast-moving environments
Is a founder themselves or has worked at early stage startups
Strong work ethics
Has "hustler" mentality, can test and iterate fast to find "hacks"
Advantage if you speak Danish/Swedish or Norwegian

Founders are former Goldman Sachs Trader and Economist, Joakim Bruchmann, and software engineer Oscar Vingtoft - building their second business together.

We are based on Købmagergade in the city centre - with a team currently of 8 FTEs with additional freelance support (of which half are engineers).

Focus areas include; ASO, SEO, SEM, paid, influencers, partnerships, organic, growth, marketing, content

Key KPIs:
revenue, new funded accounts, net new volume traded and assets under management growth.

Compensation will be competitive including both salary and stock options.
