    Udstyrs- og teknisk ansvarlig
    Som Utility Engineer bliver du udstyrs- og teknisk ansvarlig for alle clean utility anlæg på tværs af vores tre fabrikker. Du vil, sammen med dygtige teknikere, skulle sikre driften af bl.a. PTW, WFI, Rendamps, waste, rådamp og køle-anlæg.

    Du vil også skulle agere projektleder på egne optimerings- og forbedringsprojekter samt deltage som specialist/SME i andre projekter. Din arbejdsfordeling vil formentligt være 60 % på drift/support, 20 % på egne projekter og 20 % deltagelse som SME i andres projekter.

    I rollen vil dine primære arbejdsopgaver være support til teknikere og brugere, herunder hjælp til fejlsøgning på anlæg og udstyr, samt at sikre:

    • Robusthed af anlæg ved kontinuerligt at have styr på vedligehold
    • At GMP og regulatoriske krav er overholdt, herunder behandling af GMP og compliance opgaver som CAPA'er, afvigelser og ændringssager
    • Udbud på projekter samt styring af leverandører & konsulenter
    • Alle tekniske aspekter og specifikationer i design og kvalificeringsdokumenter

    Arbejdet udføres i tæt samarbejde med øvrige afdelinger i Bavarian Nordic samt eksterne leverandører og konsulenter.

    Den nye service forbedrer pendleroplevelsen til og fra Kvistgård, hvor nogle af vores medarbejdere nu kan nyde godt af en betydelig tidsbesparelse på næsten 40 minutter hver vej, hvilket gør den daglige pendling mere effektiv og bekvem.

    Hvem er du?
    Vi søger en Utility Engineer som er interesseret i udviklingen inden for utility og er nysgerrig på ny viden, som samtidig har erfaring med at løse problemer struktureret og sikre at fejl ikke gentager sig. Dine kvalifikationer:

    • Mindst 2-5 års relevant faglig erfaring fra GMP/farmaceutisk produktion
    • Du er uddannet maskinmester, ingeniør eller tilsvarende
    • Stor teknisk indsigt i farmaceutiske utility systemer
    • Vant til at styre og drive ændrings- og forbedringsprojekter
    • Erfaring med kvalificering af udstyr og anlæg
    • Mestrer dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt

    Som Utility Engineer bliver du en del af Utility Teamet i afdelingen for Engineering & HVAC Support. Afdelingen består af fagområderne Automation, HVAC & Utility og er en blanding af maskinmestre og ingeniører. Herunder, har vi et team af teknikere til at sikre den daglige drift af vores utility anlæg.

    Vi har en god stemning i afdelingen og da vi arbejder i et højt tempo, er det vigtig for os at der er tid til en kop kaffe/te, samt et godt grin.
