We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager for our Offshore Execution departmentto join usatour offices in either Poland (Gdansk), Denmark(Vejle) or Germany (Hamburg).

How to contribute to our vision

To ensure we can execute our growing project pipeline we are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to execute our projects within Offshore Execution.

You will be responsible for:

·Project management of technology development projects

·Project management of execution development projectsacross the entire offshore execution value chain from factory to hand over to our customers

·Project management of technical construction optimization projects

·Stakeholder mapping and management

·Facilitation of technical cross functional workshops

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. You would also need to have:

·Experience from wind turbine construction projects, ideally within the offshore industry

·Strong general knowledge of all technical aspects within wind turbines

·Strong general knowledge of wind turbine construction principles and packages

·Engineering educational background within mechanical and electrical systems

·Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, both written and verbally

·Project Management Training, preferably with certification

·Passion for creative thinking, problem solving and solutions development

·Teamwork skills
