    At BESTSELLER, we are seeking an enthusiastic Environmental Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

    At BESTSELLER, our Responsible Sourcing function is an integral part of the Global Supply Chain business unit. Our vision is to achieve sustainable and efficient sourcing through true partnerships with world-class manufacturers. We set and implement policies for due diligence and responsible sourcing practices across our global supply chain, ensuring strong social, labour, chemical, and environmental standards in our products and manufacturing sites. Our goal is to drive industry solutions that collaboratively address the biggest social and environmental challenges across our supply chain. In addition, we work closely with other Business Units within BESTSELLER to support and deliver on brand purchasing and sales strategies, as well as our Fashion FWD Sustainability Strategy.

    ABOUT THE JOB
    As an Environmental Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating environmental programmes across our key sourcing regions. You will work in close collaboration with our global environment team, supporting specialist colleagues to manage risk, and drive environmental improvements in factories. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and coordinating sustainability programs, including biodiversity, chemistry, GHG emissions, and water stewardship
  • Managing environmental risks and setting strategic direction
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to secure sourcing regions and manage risks
  • Driving transparency and improvements in factory and supplier performance
  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking program performance YOUR BENEFITS

    You don't need a background in science or engineering, but a strong knowledge of the environmental impacts of textile and fashion production is essential. Your passion for sustainability and your ability to work across cultures and perspectives are what matter most However, we do have some preferred qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field , supply chain, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, environmental sciences
  • Experience: Previous experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, or environmental management within the textile/fashion industry preferred
  • Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
  • Skills: Strong numeracy skills (, Excel, Power BI); ability to interpret reports and communicate results to different stakeholders WE LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU
