As we continue to grow, we are looking for one or more skilled and curious Hardware Developers to join our R&D Hardware team in Denmark.

As a Hardware Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of Pascal amplifier platforms.
You will be involved throughout the full product lifecycle -from early concept development to validation, production ramp-up, and continuous improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design and development of hardware for professional audio amplifier systems (analogue and digital circuits)
Schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulations to ensure performance, robustness, and reliability
Prototyping, lab testing, measurements, and troubleshooting of hardware designs
Close collaboration with firmware, software, mechanics, project management, operations, and external partners
System integration across disciplines to ensure seamless performance
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards (EMC, safety, regulatory requirements)
Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation (design specs, test plans, validation reports)
Component evaluation and selection balancing performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost
Supporting manufacturing and industrialization to ensure smooth product ramp-up
Staying curious and updated on new technologies within power electronics and audio design
Who you are
You enjoy working hands-on with hardware and take pride in seeing your designs come to life and perform reliably in the field.
You are structured and detail-oriented, yet comfortable collaborating across disciplines. You are motivated by technical challenges and energized by being part of a team that builds something meaningful together.You likely bring:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or similar
Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware development
Strong proficiency in analogue and digital circuit design
Solid understanding of signal processing and audio electronics
Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium or similar)
Experience with hardware simulation tools
Hands-on experience with lab measurements, testing, and debugging
Understanding of EMC, safety, and relevant compliance standards
Experience from the Pro-audio industry (highly preferred)
Experience with power electronics or amplifier design (a strong advantage with amplifier specific experience)
Strong written and spoken English skills
