    As the Shopper Marketing Specialist, you will develop and coordinate trade marketing activities that will maximize the potential of the Red Bull brand in the trade, collaborating closely with the Head of Trade Marketing.     This position entails managing the development and implementation of Point of Sales (POS) materials, owning cooler management, and providing planogram recommendations to optimize Red Bull's space allocation and maximize the Energy Drink category's sales potential. To manage all the above, the Shopper Marketing Specialist is required to establish an internal network and further improve internal collaboration with all relevant departments (Marketing, Operations and Finance) necessary for efficient workingRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that the global POS toolkit is used effectively to represent the Red Bull brand in a creative, innovative, and premium way. Develop national POS only when international materials are not suitable for the Danish market and a clear commercial benefit is recognized. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure 360-degree messaging to the consumer. Maximize the full potential of the Red Bull brand in the trade by driving next generation in-store materials & tools. Be responsible for planning and tracking the budget regarding POS tools, including potential cost savings/improvements together with Field Sales and Operations.
  • Own and manage the cooler stock (replenishment plan) and ordering process in close collaboration with HQ POS team and our Operations team. Evaluate of cold availability status in accounts and recommend optimal cooler solutions to KAM and Field Sales teams.
  • Track development of the planograms (main shelf) by banner with focus on fair share of space for Red Bull. Create and update cooler planograms, based on assortment analyses.
  • Create one-pagers with shopper insights based on in-store behavior to drive sales (e.g., cold cans, 2nd placements, multi-buy pricing etc.) Deliver and present the insights to a bigger group via meetings, teams' sessions, and phone calls.

  • 1-2 of years' experience (preferably in FMCG sector) within Sales or Marketing.
  • Able to work independently and on several tasks & projects in parallel towards deadlines.
  • Good understanding of the Danish trade and consumer.
  • Strong analytical ability, to interpret data, collate relevant information and present in a convincing manner.
  • Generates innovative and creative ideas, fresh perspectives and solutions that add value.
  • Fast learner.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities required.
  • Experienced in working with Nielsen is a plus.
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • University Degree (Business, Marketing or similar)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
