    The Position

    As Sustainability Partner in the CVP area Manufaturing Development & Quality Control (MDev&QC) your influence will be pivotal in achieving our ambition and goal of zero environmental impact. Collaborating across the organization, both internally in MDev&QC and via the Circular for Zero network across Emerging Technology, you'll gather insights and ideas on where to put in our efforts to drive initiatives and projects minimizing environmental impact.

    You will focus on building up a strong governance and structure in MDev&QC ensuring that initiatives and projects are prioritized, executed and completed.

    In this role, you will:


    • Manage MDev&QC environmental requirements and reporting, including waste, energy, and water consumption data

    • Set direction and strategy for Circular for Zero priorities within MDev&QC

    • Identify, concretize and recommend improvements within environmental aspects and processes

    • Drive targeted projects minimizing environmental impact

    • Support and guide local project managers on balancing environmental gains

    • Foster knowledge sharing and best practices across MDev&QC

    Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you have:

    • A master's degree in environmental management, business administration or other relevant education

    • Demonstrated project management skills with proven results, preferably within environmental sustainability

    • Great communication and stakeholder management skills as you'll be working with various personalities and nationalities

    • A strong background in structured work processes and hands-on experience in facilitation

    • Experience with or an understanding of ISO 14001 and GMP is an advantage

    • Your comfort and adeptness with new technologies and computer usage further underline your capabilities

    As a person, your time management skills are commendable, and you approach your work with a structured mindset, allowing you to maintain a comprehensive overview and successfully complete tasks even during busier periods. Adapting to shifting priorities comes naturally to you, as you will be working in an environment characterized by constant change. You are comfortable with handling most situations independently and with a routine approach, and you proactively seek advice and guidance on more complex issues.

    Your demonstrated ability to identify the best practices and instigate improvements across methods, techniques, and approaches is evident.
