    The position

    Training Assistants work alongside the Enterprise Leadership Development team of learning experts to curate learning content, prepare communication materials for our programs, support on site administrative activities for learning programs, analyse learning trends (including conducting surveys and interviews), and make improvement recommendations.

    Your main tasks will include:

  • Manage bookings, set up learning spaces, organize take-aways and learning material
  • Join team on relevant offsite programs and support with administration
  • Create engaging descriptions/promotional material for our learning offerings.
  • Develop and maintain visually appealing learning content (i.e., videos, pdfs, ppts, etc.)
  • Scan surveys and dashboards to analyse feedback trends and find improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with analytics experts to mine data and present findings in a compelling way
  • Curate and organise the "back end" storage of our content and materials as our team's "librarian"
  • Qualifications

    We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • Experience from administrative roles or similar
  • Flair for IT and profound knowledge of MS 365 and interconnected functions, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Experience from and passion for event coordination, HR, organisational psychology, communication, marketing or education is an advantage. An artistic or creative inclination will also be considered a plus
  • Strong communicative skills with proven experience with complex stakeholder management
  • Excellent skills in both oral and written English
  • This role is tailored for a collaborative, people-centric team player with a can-do attitude who's excited about working with a distributed, global team of learning experts and colleagues. As a person you show great attention to details and are skilled at organisation and coordination. You are naturally curious and eager to experiment with new learning approaches. You have an inclination towards data driven decision making, and enjoy continuous improvement within our area as well as your own professional growth.

    About the department

    The 50 members of the Talent, Learning and D&I Centre of Excellence (CoE) works in partnership with the global HR Business Partner community to develop a culture of life-long learning at Novo Nordisk. The CoE builds the strategy, initiatives, digital and data enablers to develop the leadership and functional capabilities required for our people and business to be successful. This position is based in our Global Headquarters near Copenhagen, with the ability to work virtually as needed.
