    Then come and join the BI&Analytics team in IFP Business Development and Support We are currently expanding the team looking for a Data Partner to support the Asset management and Platform Performance business area.

    The Position
    Your primary responsibility will be to drive the digital transformation of IFP through implementation of relevant digital solutions, strong quality data foundation and analytics mindset.

    Your main stakeholder will be the Asset management and Platform Performance (AMPP) organisation, more specifically the Global maintenance unit. This unit has the goal of maximizing asset availability and build maintenance excellence, combining Industry gold standards with IFP best practices. AMPP will ensure standardization of both assets and processes, optimal ways of operating as well as effective Asset Management and on-site maintenance.

    As Data Partner for the AMPP organisation, your main tasks will be:

  • Transform data into insights that are translated into business value.
  • Identify trends and opportunities that can help senior management to drive the right decision towards optimisations and improvements across business processes in the organisation.
  • Deliver analytics on different production and maintenance metrics as: OEE performance, MTTR, MTBF, asset management costs, unplanned downtime... etc. Therefore, manufacturing data should be something that drives your energy and production knowledge.
  • Navigate and partner with a broad and complex stakeholder portfolio, focusing on data analytics and creating transparency on operational challenges.
  • The role requires a combination of strong analytical mindset and data-oriented background, with excellence communication skills, problem-solving expertise and change management capabilities.
    We will be relying on your analytical skills to understand a complex business setup, facilitate strategy development through data analytics and to drive bold targets for our business as well as for an even stronger LEAN culture.

    Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant subject.
  • You recognised yourself as digital-savvy, comfortable manipulating and analysing complex and high-volume data assets from varying data sources; and you see challenges such as technical troubles or knowledge limitations as an opportunity to learn more.
  • Proven knowledge in data preparation, blending, and automation tools such Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Qliksense will be required.
  • You have solid language skills in English and strong communication skills written and verbally.

    IFP BI&Analytics is a part of IFP Business Development Support located in the Bagsværd HQ - an international and high-performing area consisting of around 40 people from approx. 10 different countries.
    You will join of the BI & Analytics team, we ensure IFP stays the competitive choice for Novo Nordisk and delivers robust performance through strong data foundation, digital innovation, and analytical insights across the different functional areas.
