Project Manager

- Investeringer og procesoptimering

Er du passioneret omkring at skabe effektivitet og kontinuerlig forbedring? Har du ekspertise inden for Lean-metoder og en stærk forståelse for drifts- og produktionsprocesser? Og er du samtidig en dygtig projektleder, som kan være nøglepersonen i at udvikle og forme vores investerings- og forbedringsprojekter - så er dette din chance for at spille en afgørende rolle i udviklingen af vores fabrik i Skælskør

Opgaver

Som projektleder vil du få ansvaret for at drive projekter – uanset størrelse – gennem hele værdikæden. I tæt samarbejde med kolleger på fabrikken vil du lede både forbedrings- og investeringsprojekter baseret på vores masterplan.

Dine opgaver vil være:

Udarbejdelse af business cases for capex projekter
Forberedelse og udarbejdelse af løsninger, forhandling med og udvælgelse af maskinleverandører
Udarbejdelse af præsentation til styregrupper, stakeholder management og dokumentation af projekter
Projektøkonomi via ugentlig opfølgning og månedlig rapportering
Udarbejdelse af masterplan og capex-plan

Du får desuden en nøglerolle i at skabe effektivitet og kontinuerlig forbedring i vores drifts- og produktionsprocesser, hvor du med din ekspertise inden for lean-metoder igangsætter og leder initiativer til at identificere og eliminere spild, optimere arbejdsgange og forbedre produktiviteten.

Din baggrund og kvalifikationer

Vi søger en kandidat med en uddannelsesmæssig baggrund som maskinmester, ingeniør, produktionsteknolog eller beslægtet uddannelse. Det er vigtigt, at du har en indgående teknologisk forståelse samt indsigt i produktions- og pakketeknologi.

Ideelt set har du flere års erfaring inden for Supply Chain med ansvar for projektledelse. Du er kendt for at holde dine løfter og for at bidrage med løsninger og synspunkter, der inspirerer dine kolleger. Erfaring fra fødevarebranchen vil være en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Som person er du positiv, har gode kommunikationsevner og formår at lytte til andres perspektiver og inddrager dem i projekterne. Du arbejder struktureret og har en evne til at føre opgaver til afslutning.

Du begår dig forretningsmæssigt på engelsk, skriftligt såvel som mundtligt.
