As Software Engineer within the Dynamics 365 Business Central team, you are actively involved in developing and maintain a highly scalable world class service tailored products to support diverse business functions that incorporate latest generative AI innovation across various business processes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND proven technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, F#, Python, TypeScript/modern JavaScript, Rust, or C.

Communicate the design, project progress, and ideas clearly, both in writing and in a real-time setting.

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and distributed computing

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

Have technical leadership experience of guiding team members in complex long-term projects.

Knowledge in Data Science, Generative AI and Engineering

Knowledge in modern web development

Responsibilities

Own and deliver product experiences end-to-end.

Develop "best-in-class" engineering for our products by ensuring all the components are well-defined and modularized, secure, reliable, diagnosable, actively monitored and reusable.

Gain a working understanding of Microsoft businesses and collaborate with mentors and leaders to contribute to cohesive, end-to-end experiences for our users.

Focus on customer/partner needs through a data driven approach.

Troubleshoot and optimize automation, reliability, and monitoring for Live Site issues.

Participate in on-call rotations to support and debug customer-reported issues as well as internally created incidents.
