- Work closely with our UX design, operational, and commercial teams to understand and design the business processes and identify areas of improvement
- Do research to understand the customers and the internal business requirements and translate them intro world class products and solutions
- Collaborate with our software development teams to design, implement and redefine solutions and products that effectively address customer needs and the operational setup
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant information and ensure alignment across product areas
- Employ data-driven decision-making practices to inform strategic planning and the development of new products and services Moreover, you will have 10-15 travel days a year across Europe, where you will meet up with local stakeholders, gathering their input on our new line of business and checking out their current business setups for inspiration.
