    The job is located in Ballerup, Denmark with travel activity of max 30 days per year. Candidate profile To be successful in this role, we believe that you should tick-off most of the following requirements: BSc or MSc degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or other related field Experienced PAM architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide PAM solutions Strong technical expertise in PAM technologies, including privileged session management, credential vaulting, and access control Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices Hands-on expertise with leading PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk) Strong understanding of identity management protocols Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred You are able to think strategically and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. As a person you are a team player and can communicate complex technological solutions and concepts to a broader audience. You have a can-do mindset, positive by nature, pragmatic and with a heart beating for IAM and hopefully some humor. About the function Global Identity & Access Management is a newly established function reporting to the CISO, based in Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) in Denmark. The function is responsible for ensuring that IAM initiatives are aligned, run, and developed according to the strategic direction for IAM in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of a global information security community with colleagues located in Denmark, USA, and India.
