    IX STUDIOS was founded in Copenhagen in 2017 by designer Louise Mygind Andersen. We make quality jewellery in gold and silver that you can wear with style.

    IX STUDIOS stands for Danish craftsmanship with a massive attitude. We are inspired by X - an iconic representation of the intersection between modern culture, traditional craftsmanship and classic designs. We make lasting unisex pieces that can be worn for generations - pieces with simple, sophisticated designs added some edge and chunkiness for a bolder expression. Jewellery that can be worn again and again.

    As part of our growth journey, we're now seeking an equally ambitious and forward-thinking hands-on person to join us and take on the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO).

    THE POSITION

    The responsibilities are:

  • Defining, implementing, and overseeing the operational systems, processes, workflows, and procedures to boost our efficiency and growth.
  • Continuously monitor supply chain performance and inventory management. Make and implement recommendations for improvement.
  • Taking ownership of our financial strategy.
  • Effectively communicating complex finance and operations information in simple, intuitive terms to the rest of the team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with the founding team to establish company goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
  • Supply chain management to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
  • Overseeing, monitoring, and keeping track of logistics timetables and costs.
  • To initiate and run various strategic improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures.

    • PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

    The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a structured mindset. From a cultural perspective, we are looking for an informal, easy going, team-oriented executive with drive, high energy, and persistence. You demonstrate simplicity, agility and systematics.

    The following experiences are preferred:

  • Proven track record in operations management - individuals with experience in e-commerce or jewellery industries (not mandatory) will have an advantage.
  • Financial acumen, with an understanding of strategy, planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical, financial, and operational information in a way that is easy for non-experts to understand.
  • Experience in supply chain management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset is a must and passion for building and growing a business from the ground up.
  • Action-oriented leader who creates transparency and scalability in processes.
  • Educational background within logistics or supply chain management.
  • Skilled communicator at all levels, internally as well as externally.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English.

    • You have experience from a similar position in an agile organization, where you have helped building teams through enthusiasm and your ability to delegate and proactively follow up on tasks.
