Job summary
We are hiring a Manager, PMO to play a key role in evolving and enabling Pandora's D&T ways of working. The role focuses on system-level design, governance, processes and adoption ensuring that delivery across domains is aligned scalable and transparent.Responsibilities
- Define maintain and evolve how D&T operates: frameworks governance mechanisms methods templates and tools.
- Facilitate co-creation with domains and teams to ensure standards are relevant practical and adopted.
