    Would you like to make a difference for people in need of remediation? Danske Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our Remediation Execution team.     The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, or Copenhagen, Denmark. We currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office.

    Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

    You will:

  • Drive an ongoing assignment to reach its goal and improve the KPI set-up
  • Maintain solid collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Bank
  • Dedicate 50% of your time to improve KPIs and goal reporting
  • Dedicate 30% of your time to ad-hoc tasks related to programme management support
  • Dedicate 20% of your time to maintain automatic KPI reporting and a data repository. (incl. collaboration with the data stream)
  • During May–June, the time allocation might be different, with more focus on automatic KPIs reporting development.

    About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Experience in KPIs reporting, data analysis and visualisation, large-scale planning, and communication
  • Ability to facilitate, gather, and present complex material to the Organization Management
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
  • Expertise in Power Point, Excel, and other presentation tools
  • Ability to facilitate complex material in a straightforward, understandable way
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Knowledge of Alteryx and data flow development is considered an advantage

    This position can be located in Denmark or Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
