    Om os:

    Danica Pension er et pensionsselskab i Danske Bank-koncernen, som sælger pensionsordninger til både virksomheder og privatpersoner. Pensionsordningerne indeholder . forsikring ved tab af erhvervsevne, kritisk sygdom og sundhedssikring, og det er til vores afdeling "Tab af erhvervsevne" Team 2, at vi søger en ny kollega.

    Som en del af Health & Care er "Tab af erhvervsevne" en afdeling med fokus på udvikling og høj kvalitet i sagsbehandlingen. I Team 2 behandler vi de forsikringssager, hvor kunden har været sygemeldt i en længere periode. Vi foretager helbredsmæssige vurderinger og økonomiske beregninger, og på den baggrund træffer vi afgørelse, om kunden har ret til udbetaling.

    Du vil blive en del af et fællesskab med gode kolleger og et rigtig godt arbejdsmiljø. Du får dygtige og erfarne kolleger, som altid står klar med den hjælp og sparring, som du har behov for. Vi er en tværfaglig personalegruppe bestående af blandt andet jurister, socialrådgivere, sygeplejersker og personer med pensions- og forsikringsmæssig baggrund.     Opgaver:

    Som sagsbehandler får du til opgave at behandle sager om tab af erhvervsevne. Dine opgaver bliver . at:

  • vurdere ret til udbetaling og fritagelse for indbetaling til pension i henhold til forsikringsbetingelserne
  • vurdere helbredsmæssige oplysninger
  • foretage økonomiske beregninger
  • varetage den daglige sagsbehandling
  • være sagsbehandler på egen portefølje af sager
  • varetage telefonisk og skriftlig rådgivning af vores kunder
  • bidrage til afdelingens samlede mål og resultater
  • leve op til vores strategi om at være kundens tryghedsrådgiver.

    • Kvalifikationer og baggrund:

    Vi forestiller os, at du har nogle års erfaring fra en lignende stilling. Du kan . være uddannet inden for forsikring og pension, socialrådgiver, sygeplejerske eller jurist.

  • Du har erfaring med sagsbehandling
  • Du kommunikerer klart, tydeligt og empatisk til vores kunder, som befinder sig i en svær situation
  • Du har gode skriftlige kompetencer
  • Du befinder dig godt med beregninger og økonomiske vurderinger
  • Du arbejder struktureret, er god til at skabe overblik og kan have mange bolde i luften
  • Du trives med telefonisk kundekontakt og digitale systemer
  • Du trives med fordybelse og komplekse opgaver i en ofte travl hverdag
  • Du er en holdspiller og trives med kollegial sparring i sagerne.
