- Utilize for project management and team collaboration, ensuring alignment with broader process improvement initiatives.
- Employ Miro for interactive process mapping and brainstorming sessions, enhancing cross-functional team participation in process innovation.
- Organize and lead training sessions to ensure staff are proficient in using MS Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft products.
- Work closely with IT partners and other departments to integrate Microsoft technologies into daily operations, ensuring consistency with ATLANT 3D's strategic objectives.
- Continuously assess and refine business processes to maintain efficiency, scalability, and compliance with ATLANT 3D's ethos of innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Solid experience in business process analysis, optimization, and automation, with a strong preference for experience in the tech or manufacturing sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft product suite, including Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies is advantageous.
- Experience in the tech or manufacturing sectors, with deep tech experience being a significant plus.
- Knowledge of IT and network security, and cloud environments, collaborate with IT and software vendors for seamless solution integration.
