The position
reports to the Head of Portfolio Deployment and Optimisation. Qualifications University degree within e.g.

business administration, economics, marketing, public health, or a business master Relevant experience from working with project management and/or strategy development.

Experience working with a headquarters perspective. It is an advantage if you have previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry and with launch planning and/or excellence.

Fluent in written and spoken English As a person you are a committed team player, and you have an inclusive and flexible approach.

You are an experienced strategic thinker and problem-solver, with ability to apply a structured approach and drive insights into strategy.

You also have strong organisational skills and are good at tuning insights into tangible implications.

About the Department As a team we work to optimise the value and reach of our portfolio by driving commercial cross-functional strategies.

We do this, by identifying and analysing high-impact portfolio dilemmas and opportunities, by outlining discrete options and providing portfolio-based recommendations, and by assessing the future landscape to ensure that the decisions we make today drive the desired impact in the future.
