Do you want to be a part of our Agile transformational journey in a global, dynamic, and market-leading company in the hearing instruments, audio, video, and gaming equipment industry? Then you could be one of the two new Scrum Masters we are looking for.

As a Scrum Master, your role is essential in advancing agile ways of working, coordinating cross-functionally, and ensuring transparent progress to contribute to our goal of Bringing People Closer.

The team you will join:

Based in our Enterprise Platforms (GNIT) function, our team of over 120 employees across 18 countries provides IT support globally with a strong focus on IT Security. We prioritize teamwork, collaboration, and coaching for successful agile deliveries, following a framework based on Scrum and SAFe.

What we offer:

Facilitate agile events like sprint planning, sprint refinement, daily stand-up, and retrospectives
Support PI preparation and refinement
Collaborate on PI Objectives with the team
Contribute to maintaining positive team dynamics within our agile framework

To excel in this role, we envision you:

Hold a degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Have proven experience in agile methodologies
Be well-versed in working within a SCRUM and/or SAFe framework
Enjoy guiding agile teams within our framework
Have strong project and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English and effective communication
Display enthusiasm, thoroughness, inclusivity, and proactive teamwork
