Stillingen er på fuldtid med placering i Ishøj.
Du bliver ansat på tjenestemandslignende vilkår med mulighed for tillæg, herunder pensionsordning på 18 pct.

På NEXT Uddannelse København har vi en vision om at være det bedste sted at være og lære. Vi ønsker at skabe en fremtid for vores skole og uddannelser, der gør en forskel for mange.Til én af Danmarks største erhvervs- og gymnasieskoler søger vi derfor lige nu to undervisere til industrioperatøruddannelsen til NEXT Industri.
Hele uddannelsessektoren i Danmark er i disse år i hastig forandring. Det gælder også på området for erhvervsuddannelserne. Udviklingen påvirker i høj grad NEXT og betyder, at vi som uddannelsesinstitution til stadighed har behov for at tilpasse os de ændrede rammevilkår. Som medarbejder skal du kunne spille en meget aktiv rolle, og du skal være med til at sikre, at NEXT også fremstår som en stærk uddannelsesinstitution mange år frem.
Hvem er vi?
NEXT industrioperatøruddannelse er en erhvervsuddannelse på Campus Ishøj. Her uddannes eleverne til at bidrage til dansk industris vækst og potentiale og ikke mindst til den grønne omstilling. Vi tilbyder et alsidigt job i en ambitiøs organisation.
Du bliver en del af industrioperatørteamet, der er bestående af fem undervisere og en uddannelsesleder. Vi arbejder målrettet med øget gennemførsel for alle elever og høj kvalitet i undervisningen. Vi samarbejder tæt om kerneopgaven med at uddanne og give vores elever læring og dannelse.
Du får en arbejdsplads, der er i rivende udvikling. Vi har fokus på uddannelse - også af dig. NEXTs mål er at sikre, at dine kompetencer til enhver tid matcher de krav, som arbejdsopgaverne stiller, samt at der er fokus på de mål og visioner, som NEXT arbejder hen imod. Du får fleksible arbejdstider og mulighed for hjemmearbejdsdage.
Primære arbejdsopgaver
Industrioperatøruddannelsen har stor elevtilgang, hvorfor vi søger to relationskompetente undervisere, der bl.a. kan undervise på vores grund- og hovedforløb på uddannelsen. Uddannelsen er i rivende udvikling og er med til at sikre en sikker og stabil drift i bl.a. produktionsvirksomheder, medicinalbranchen m.fl.
I samarbejde med industrioperatørteamet skal du planlægge, gennemføre og evaluere undervisningen. Du skal motivere og inspirere eleverne gennem både virtuel og almindelig undervisning, samt udvikle undervisningen i forhold til den teknologiske og faglige udvikling på området.
Du vil indgå i et lærerteam, hvor der arbejdes med fokus på læring og trivsel. Jobbet som underviser på NEXT Industri rummer en stor grad af fleksibilitet ift. at kunne tilrettelægge sin arbejdstid, dette i samarbejde med teamet og uddannelseslederen.
