Turn challenges into sustainable solutions We are seeking a skilled Multidisciplinary Project Manager, an all-round profile for all aspects of a project, including design, coordination, financial performance, contractual agreements, client relations etc. You will become a part of COWI's Building and Industry division in Denmark, and you will have approximately 40 committed colleagues in the section for Project Management of multidisciplinary design projects. We are a team of project managers, design managers and ICT/BIM managers working on all types of building projects. Together with your line manager, you set the direction for your development and build your professional skills on a daily basis. Your key activities will be:
Taking ownership of exciting projects within new builds, reconstruction and project development, or being a part of project management teams on large-scale projects
Working with the full scope of design and tendering within either package contracts, main contracts, or design-build contracts
Ensuring project execution, building team spirit on the project team and managing healthy project financials
Taking pride in aligning expectations with your customers and colleagues and thereby increasing customer satisfaction.

An academic background as a civil engineer, architect or another relevant education
Some years of working experience in Denmark, including insight into the various aspects of a Danish building project during the design stages
Good communication skills in Danish and English, both orally and in writing
Ability to work in a structured manner
Desire to stay on top of things and have a proactive/coordinating approach
Ability to build team spirit
A holistic approach and act in a timely manner.
