    Are you a skilled procurement professional with a passion for sourcing? Do you have a proven track record of identifying and securing the best suppliers for your organization? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated Procurement Manager to join our team and be a part of our sourcing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

    You will also develop procurement strategies and processes that are efficient and effective. You will be able to use your structured approach to work and attention to detail to create and implement processes that will help the company achieve its goals.

    In addition, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly. You will be able to use your flexibility and agility to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible in your approach to work.

    Finally, you will have the opportunity to use your strong operational skills to negotiate and sign contracts with suppliers, meet with contractors, and develop procurement strategies. You will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize your work effectively.

    You will join a pan Nordic team and community working closely with the supply chain team in all four countries.

    Responsibilities:
    · Sourcing and supplier relations.

    · Negotiations and signing of contracts with suppliers within construction of fiber network and infrastructure.

    · Be a part of the Nordic procurement department with team members in all countries.

    · Develop procurement strategies and processes.

    · Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

    · Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

    Requirements:
    · Minimum 5 years of experience with driving procurement processes from initiation to closure as well as maintaining a strong relationship with these on price and quality.

    · Experience working with contractors

    · Experience within telecom, energy or construction sector is a plus but not a must.

    · Fluent in a Scandinavian language.
