    The Business Foundation Project Management Office (PMO) of Carlsberg Integrated Information Technology (IIT) is looking for a PMO Support who can support us in our efforts to drive IT-Programs delivering value across our markets and regions. The Business Foundation PMO governs the portfolio of global programs that are related to systems and tools used in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

    What you'll be doing

    As a PMO Support in the team, you will work with several tasks within the area of budget and program management, governance, reporting, administrative tasks, and stakeholder management. Your tasks will span from tracking program budgets, preparation of management reporting for senior audiences and supporting workstream activities in the program.

    Furthermore, your primary tasks include:

  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to ensure financial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial and performance tracking and development of reports on the progress of the program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of the program, identifying and mitigating potential budget risks.
  • Whatwe're looking for

    We are looking for a person with these qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an asset.
  • Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within a global organization.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse complex data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in using project management and financial software, including SAP and Office 365.
