- We prefer a master level educational background within relevant areas (e.g. Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations)
- Solid experience and proven results in working with complex logistics setups and supply chains in a global environment
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills in English, together with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Solid data and analytical skills
- Should have a Proactive mind-set with the ability to problem solve and navigate in a complex environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make confident decisions and communicate initiatives across a large number of stakeholders
