- medarbejdersamtaler og opfølgning på medarbejdergruppen - MUS, sygesamtaler, prøvetidssamtaler osv.
- løbende rekruttering af nye medarbejdere
- daglig koordinering med afdelingens eksterne samarbejdspartnere
- daglig sparring med sektionschefen og kontakt med andre afdelingsledere
- Du skal have mindst 1 års ledelseserfaring og være vant til at lede forskellige typer medarbejdere.
- Du skal have erfaring med bemandingsplanlægning.
- Det er en fordel, hvis du udover dansk også har kendskab til engelsk.

Som afdelingsleder for Home/Living skal du bruge din erfaring og din vindende personlighed til at koordinere eksterne og interne samarbejdspartnere. Du vil være ansvarlig for den daglige drift og sørge for, at alt fungerer optimalt.

Du vil have ansvaret for at lede 1-2 trainees eller teamkoordinatorer samt omkring 30-60 medarbejdere afhængigt af varehusets størrelse.
