    The position

    As an IT-supporter it is your responsibility to support our production with IT support capabilities.

  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements using LEAN tools
  • Ensure stable operation of production lines by implementing upgrades, corrective measures, and ensuring continuous production
  • Participate in projects, leveraging your expertise from daily support to contribute effectively
  • Qualifications
    The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:

  • Strong academic or technical background with experience in complex automation or IT systems
  • Eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the field
  • Comfortable in a dynamic work environment where each day brings new challenges
  • Able to build good relationships and work well with people at all levels in the organization
  • Fluency in Danish is beneficial, but being able to communicate effectively in English is a must
  • Involved in various ongoing projects to ensure sufficient IT capacity and smooth transitions to production
  • Required to participate in a 24/7 on-call duty rotation with colleagues outside of regular working hours

  • About the department
    The department consists of approximately 30 colleagues divided across 3 different teams who work together. We cover most aspects of quality, development, maintenance and operation of the site's IT and Automation architecture, hardware, software, infrastructure, and documentation. You will be joining the IT & Infrastructure support team, where we among other things, provide support to some of the newest production lines in Novo Nordisk A/S, which produces a variety of Novo Nordisk A/S products. Today the IT & Infrastructure support team consists of 8 highly skilled technicians and IT supporters. The IT support & Infrastructure team are handling production infrastructure and the connectivity between production systems.
    From an IT/Automation perspective, it is our main responsibility to provide our production lines with the best support via structured problem solving and a service mindset.
    We are working in a pharmaceutical production facility in accordance with current quality and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements and we contribute to ensuring the launches of some of Novo Nordisk A/S life-saving medicines.
