    The investment project portfolio in CMC Development and Scaling is growing and there is a need for more Project Managers to drive it. Your responsibility will be to drive smaller CapEx investment projects in Site Bagsværd. The portfolio spans widely from rebuilding existing pilot facilities and laboratories, installation of sophisticated equipment to brownfield projects often with an element of automation and digitalization.

    The position

    Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Define the overall scope of an investment project including budget and time schedule – in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Organise and lead multi-disciplinary project teams with external engineers and contractors to ensure successful completion of all project deliverables.
  • Provide periodic project status and updates to steering committees and other relevant stakeholders including risk assessment and mitigation actions, financial updates, etc. Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in executing CapEx investment projects within life sciences/pharma
  • Broad knowledge to comprehend and drive projects with many stakeholders from different areas of expertise.
  • Preferably experience from building laboratories
  • English language proficiency - high standard in both written and spoken. In addition, you have a proactive, self-driven and pragmatic attitude. You have a curious mindset and a willingness to learn and develop your skill set throughout your employment. About the department
    As part of Novo Nordisk PSQIT organisation, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & Scaling makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop, manufacture and distribute drug candidates for clinical trials and have a strong culture with a "can do" mind-set.     CMC Investments manages the project portfolio investments in CMC Development and Scaling. We are a team of app 10 colleagues and are based in Bagsværd Denmark. Responsibilities of the department includes project management, capex portfolio management and project controlling.
