Your roleIn the role of a Senior Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.

You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.

As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.

You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Good knowledge and experience in managing Middleware products, deployments like WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat etc.
• Independently performs Application Maintenance and support.
• Create, schedule, and manage the Change Requests till closure by following the change process and support production deployment middleware related activities.
• Ensures high application availability through reduced application downtime, proper change control management, and implementation of best practices.
• Performs root cause analysis for complex issues and implements resolution in a timely manner.
• Lead change activities and task plan review calls
• Lead and implement Security and Vulnerability fixes & coordination's.
• Participate and complete the process of DR recovery exercise conducted annually.
• Leads implementation of continuous improvement programs for Middleware related areas.
