Designed to challenge and develop you, Danish Crown's Graduate Programme allows you to experience three different rotations across our entire organisation. Additionally, you will improve your personal and professional skills, and make an impact on our journey towards a more sustainable future for food.
Get a taste for the entire value chain and experience diverse career opportunities
Our two-year Graduate Programme features three, eight-month rotations, across three different business units, departments, and locations within Danish Crown. You will experience international markets, with at least one of the three rotations being centered outside of Denmark. Current and former graduates have been on exciting rotations in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Poland, Italy and more.
From farmer to food producer, we value cross functional collaboration and therefore challenge you to gain a broad perspective and embark on experiences, both in and out of your comfort zone. The structure of Danish Crown's Graduate Programme is designed to allow you to work across the company, exploring diverse career opportunities, and gain insight into the full value chain and many stakeholders. Upon completion of the programme, the learnings and experiences gained will position you in our pipeline of future business, supply chain and project leaders.

Hands-on learning coupled with professional training and a great Graduate community
We prioritize continuously improving your toolbox both professionally and personally. Throughout each rotation, you will be assigned trust and responsibility to influence ongoing projects and daily operational tasks. Rotations are dependent on the current business priorities and your skills and interests. They could be in an HQ area such as sales, procurement, marketing and business development, or it could also take you to our production sites on projects related to process optimization, sustainability and change management.
In addition to you on the job learning, five professional training and development workshops are integrated into Danish Crown's Graduate Programme. These are designed to give you skills, knowledge and competencies to take back into rotation and beyond. The topics include Leading Self, Driving Results, Managing Change, Project Management and Leading Others. Across all trainings, you gain further business insights and will hear leadership stories from senior figures across the Group.
You are also allocated a mentor for the two-year period, who you will meet regularly with for sparring, inspiration, advice and knowledge sharing. Beyond that, you are part of a strong and energetic graduate community who you can rely on to take you through the Graduate Programme – both in and outside of work.

Within the Graduate Programme, you will be paid a competitive equal salary and while on your abroad rotation we will support you with mobility support, e.g. housing, tax assistance and any relevant work visa requirements. We will measure and assess your progress through regular one-to-one meetings and Personal Development Plans with your line manager, Graduate Programme Manager and mentor.
