  • Training and Development: Create tools, templates, and training materials tailored for program and project management teams to improve the execution of programs and projects
  • Data Insight: Play a pivotal role in the development of a "data insight tool" and then persistently develop and maintain it to assist program/project managers in decision-making and keep Management informed about program/project performance
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Promote transparent and effective communication with stakeholders by providing updates on program/project progress and addressing concerns. Collaborate closely with relevant colleagues to support both management and individual program/project managers effectively
  • This role demands a structured and diligent approach. Your success hinges on your capability to align internal and customer needs with PMO-proposed solutions. You will be tasked with being curious, challenging input, and scrutinizing assumptions to deliver high-quality proposals, laying the groundwork for more effective program/project management.
