- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to excel both independently and within collaborative teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling successful engagement with diverse stakeholders.

As a Strategy Manager at Danfoss, you will:
Lead Business Strategy Projects: Drive impactful projects across Danfoss, taking charge of process management, story-lining, stakeholder management, analysis, presentation, and workshop facilitation.
Cultivate Internal Strategy Prowess: Help us build a robust internal strategy function by sharing your expertise, participating in knowledge-building activities, recruitment, and mentoring student workers and new colleagues.
Support M&A strategy and execution: Play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our M&A roadmap and support the strategic and commercial dua diligence in transactions.
