Oxygen Digital have collaborated with high growth energy technology organisation who are looking for exceptional Quantitative Researchers to help build and scale a cutting edge trading capability operating within power and flexibility markets.This team runs a fully quant driven environment with no manual traders developing strategies from first principles and owning the full lifecycle from model design to performance.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with a deeply technical team to generate genuine alpha through innovative modelling approaches.
- Building advanced machine learning models that operate in production contributing directly to trading strategy development and in some cases executing strategies and taking ownership of risk.
- Supporting the optimisation of flexible assets and shaping new opportunities within power markets.
