We're looking for a Global Product Owner for Time Tracking and Absence to elevate our systems to new heights. If you're a strategic thinker with experience with project management and stakeholder engagement, join our HR Processes, Tools, and Reporting team and make a significant impact across our global organization.

    Your challenges

    As our Product Owner, you will be the global owner of the absence and time tracking solution and will be responsible for rolling out the solution to relevant geographies and business units, as well as ensuring smooth operation in countries that are already life. Your job is to understand the needs of local countries to ensure that the products are developed in a way that meets those needs together with support from our P&O Digital Delivery Team.

    Your primary tasks will include:

  • Serve as the global owner of the Time Tracking and Absence modules in Workday, ensuring they meet our high standards for functionality, user experience, and business alignment.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various global and especially local functions to gather needs, feedback, and drive adoption.
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops, plan for testing and prepare global and local teams for deployment in new geographies and countries on an ongoing basis.
  • Hands-on configuration of Workday to ensure delivery of complex solutions when tier 1 and tier 2 resources are challenged to design solutions according to business needs.
  • Define the product vision and strategy for Time Tracking and Absence. Develop actionable product roadmaps and backlogs that reflect the balance between stakeholder input and the overarching business strategy.
  • Stay abreast of new functionalities within Workday and the broader HR tech landscape. Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency within the Time Tracking and Absence modules, aiming for an optimal user experience and operational excellence.
  • Manage changes, updates, and enhancements to the Time Tracking and Absence processes. Ensure clear communication and training materials are available, promoting effective adoption across the organization.
  • Your qualifications

  • An enthusiasm for HR digitalization, with a specific interest in Time Tracking and Absence management.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in HR technology, with a strong preference for candidates with hands-on Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules experience.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver assignments independently.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting training programs, both in-person and virtually.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Information Technology).
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a global, cross-functional, matrix environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with good communication and training skills.
